The Flyers take their seven-game points streak into Friday night’s game against the Ottawa Senators.
Monday, the Flyers will face the Ottawa Senators, the team at the bottom of the NHL standings and a team that looks a lot different following the trade deadline two weeks ago. It is one of the rare games left on the Flyers schedule against a team outside the playoff picture.
If anything was indicative in this game, it’s that the Flyers certainly know that a lot of change could lie in store, but the results aren’t going to change without max effort.
Tuesday’s game will have a different vibe after Ron Hextall was dismissed as GM on Monday, but the Flyers have a game to play against the Ottawa Senators with two points on the line. Game time is 7 p.m.
After an embarrassing result on Tuesday, Wednesday night provides the Flyers with a chance to quickly put the loss behind them. But against a Senators team that so many have predicted will be the worst in the league, don’t expect it to be easy. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
