Ron Hextall has been busy over the last couple of days, trimming the Flyers roster from 62 players to 29. With so many players gone, there were plenty of questions, especially surrounding the return of their three first-round picks over the last two years that carry high expectations and anticipation.
The cuts continued for Ron Hextall as Wednesday came to a close. After sending Ivan Provorov, Travis Sanheim and Travis Konecny back to their junior teams, 20 more players were assigned to various locations.
The Flyers were back at Skate Zone in Voorhees for practice again on Sunday with the focus starting to turn to game action.
