The Sixers first win has given some fans a small sigh of relief. Even with their first 'W' in the books, Sixers rookie center Jahlil Okafor has been the subject of a lot of concerning off-court issues recently, and more continue to surface.

If you thought things couldn't get any worse, you were wrong. A little over a week after video surfaced of Jahlil punching a fan outside of a nightclub in Boston, TMZ has released new footage of a second altercation involving Okafor. This one reportedly takes place down the street from where the original punches were thrown.

After the chaos begins, one victim was knocked out cold with gashes on his face. According to TMZ, a witness said Okafor landed the punch, knocking the guy out cold.

Update (5:00pm) - The man who got knocked out has told his attorney, Michelle Newton, that he's positive that Okafor landed the punch that sent him to the ground.

Newton says a lawsuit is now on table — though they have NOT filed any paperwork yet.

"We're always interested in resolving any matter prior to ligation," Newton tells us …. "Should we be unable to reach an agreement [with Jahlil], civil litigation is the only available option."

There's more … Newton says her client has experienced pain and embarrassment as a result of the fight.

He's also pissed over allegations he heckled Jahlil about the 76ers before the fight — claiming it's simply not true. He says the whole thing started when Okafor was rejected by women in the victim's crew. [TMZSports]

Boston Police Department is currently investigating Okafor's involvement in these incidents, but things just keep getting worse for the Sixers big-man, who will reportedly have a personal security guard whenever he goes out anymore.
