Following what turned out to be an extremely memorable first game back in Philadelphia, baseball card company Topps has added a card highlighting two of the best moments from Utley's return: his standing ovation/two home runs and him standing next to long-time teammate Ryan Howard on first base.
The card is available for purchase here, for $9.99. The catch? This card is part of Topps' "now" series, which is designed to print cards for a limited time immediately after the events take place. So while it's simple enough to obtain the card right now, Topps will permanently stop printing it at 2:30 p.m. this afternoon, keeping the card scarce. Don't confuse that with meaning the card will ever have a great auction value, though.
If you missed Utley's return to Philadelphia Tuesday, he hit two home runs, including a grand slam, and received curtain calls after each one. The curtain calls followed this standing ovation that he received prior to his first at-bat in Philadelphia as an opponent.
