Well, it was a fun idea for a few hours. While the Phillies were one of the final teams to be ruled out in the Byung-ho Park posting sweepstakes, the Phillies have not won the winning bid. Jon Heyman of CBS Sports ruled out the Phillies by name on Monday morning, and the winning bidder was revealed soon thereafter.
Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports had the news:

The Twins confirmed the winning bid just before 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
The Twins have Joe Mauer at first base for a long while, so Park would likely be the team's designated hitter. The Twins have 30 days to reach a contract with Park. MLB Trade Rumors predicted a five-year, $40 million contract for Park.
