Kansas City Royals’ infielders Michael Massey, Maikel Garcia, and Matt Beaty completed one of the greatest plays in the recent history of Major League Baseball. Yeah, it was that good. In the scorebook it will go down as a 4-6-3 groundout for Philadelphia Phillies 2B Bryson Stott which has happened before, so nothing shocking there. But the way it went down –and yes, the Royals trio likely practiced it but who cares– was a thing of beauty.
